Do I have to have signature required on my order?

 

We ship all our orders without the requirement for a signature to ensure your order gets delivered hassle-free, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day of the order. Please leave a note at checkout if you wish for your item to have a signature required.

What is your estimated delivery time?

We have an overnight delivery target for main centers when ordered before 1pm on a weekday. Rural areas may take up to 2-3 days (NZ customers only). Orders for Saturday delivery need to be placed before 1pm Friday.

Why didn't I get a tracking number with confirmation of purchase? 

Tracking numbers are generated once your order has been packed, you will receive an email when this happens. The tracking number will not be 'live' and functioning until the courier picks up your package from dispatch at either approximately 7:30am or 4pm Monday-Friday.

We have a 3-6 day delivery target for all packages to Australia, keep in mind if you are rural this may cause a delay of up to 3 days.

Parcel status Status description
Acceptance Your parcel has been accepted into New Zealand Post’s network (i.e. posted).
Arrived at overseas mail depot Your parcel has arrived at an overseas mail centre (usually before leaving to come to New Zealand).
Arrived in New Zealand Your parcel has arrived at the Auckland International Mail Centre and is being processed by border authorities before acceptance into New Zealand.
Arrived overseas Your parcel has arrived in its destination country.
Attempted Delivery We tried to deliver your parcel but were unable to leave it at the address. A Card to Call or Card to Collect, telling you what to do next, has been left at the delivery address.
Currently unavailable We’re experiencing problems with our Tracking service but are working to restore it as soon as possible. Please try again shortly.
Delivered Your parcel has been successfully delivered.
Delivery Attempted We tried to deliver your parcel but were unable to leave it at the address. A Card to Call or Card to Collect, telling you what to do next, has been left at the delivery address.
Delivery complete Your parcel has been successfully delivered.
Destination Sort Your item has been sorted by our International Mail Centre for transport to a CourierPost depot.
Handover Your parcel has been handed over to another section of the postal chain (e.g. from Customs to New Zealand Post or from New Zealand Post to Rural Post or Box Lobby).
Held for clearance Your parcel has been handed to the local Customs authority for clearance. The parcel will usually be released within 24 hours if not held for payment of duties or restricted from entry into the country.
In Depot Your parcel is in the depot, waiting to be handed to the courier driver for delivery.
Invalid tracking number This means you have entered the tracking number using an incorrect format. Try again using this format: ‘AA123456789NZ’, or for Courier parcels, something like this: ‘1005410001051701ASH003JS’.
Item with Box Lobby for delivery Your parcel has been handed over to another section of the postal chain (e.g. from Customs to New Zealand Post or from New Zealand Post to Rural Post or Box Lobby).
Left country of origin Your parcel has been processed and cleared to leave its origin country. It is either awaiting pick up from the overseas mail centre or is already with the airline that will take it to its destination. The next scan will be the parcel’s arrival in New Zealand.
Left New Zealand Your parcel has been processed and cleared to leave New Zealand. It is either awaiting pick up or is already with the airline that will take it to its destination. The next scan will be the parcel’s arrival at destination (Arrived overseas).
Misdirected Your item was incorrectly sorted to the wrong destination but the mistake has been fixed and your parcel is on its way.
Not yet tracked The number you have entered is a valid tracking number but the item hasn’t been scanned into the system yet. Please try again at another time.
Operational Failure There was a delay (e.g. weather or transport related) in transporting your item to its destination and it may be delayed by one or more working days.
Out for delivery Your parcel is currently with the delivery agent (e.g. courier driver or overseas postal operator) who will deliver it.
Picked up Your parcel has been accepted into New Zealand Post’s network (i.e. posted).
Relabel The address on your parcel has been changed, as per your request – either to a new delivery address or to a New Zealand Post parcel collect location.
Released for delivery Your parcel is currently with the delivery agent (e.g. courier driver or overseas postal operator) who will deliver it.
Sort To This is an operational status message only. Your parcel has been sorted to a specific area in our depot.
Transfer The address on your parcel has been changed, as per your request – either to a new delivery address or to a New Zealand Post parcel collect location.
